Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt
			Review

Every drop of this Scotch was distilled, aged, and bottled on the tiny Hebridean island of Raasay, nestled between the Isle of Skye and the mainland of Scotland. A lightly smoky dram, this whiskey is made from a mix of peated and unpeated malt and matured in three different types of cask. The palate kicks off with bright notes of pineapple, stone fruits, citrus rind, and leather, finishing with subtle hints of BBQ smoke. The peat influence is brilliantly understated, making this bottle a great intro to the world of smoky Scotch.
