The Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow Review
Like all of the releases in The Macallan’s “Harmony Collection,” Amber Meadow arrives sans age statement, but that’s not to say it isn’t downright impressive. Produced in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, and bottled at 44.2 percent ABV, this expression serves up a complex bouquet of citrus and stone fruits, salted almonds, Earl Grey tea, and vanilla cake batter. The palate presents a near-mirror image with a slightly dialed-down iteration of the sherry profile we’ve come to expect from The Macallan releases. All in all, this Scotch showcases superb quality and an easygoing spirit that will surely please fans of this producer.
